How do I request a serial number for DynaMed access on my mobile device?
A DynaMed serial number is required to download DynaMed on your mobile device.
Canadian Medical Association members, please see here.
To request a free serial number, do one of the following:
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please specify the type of device you are using.
Members of Subscribing Institutions:
Students, nurses, doctors and library patrons should either:
Talk to your Librarian or Administrator about obtaining access to DynaMed Mobile.
E-mail email@example.com using your institutional e-mail address to request a serial number for your mobile device.
Note: Please do not use any personal e-mail accounts such as @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com or @gmail.com when making a request for a serial number. For authentication reasons, we cannot validate that you are affiliated with your institution without receiving an email from your institutional email address.
Librarians or Administrators at Subscribing Institutions:
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please identify your institution and specify how many serial numbers you require.
